E.R.T. Steak Seasoning
Chef Eric Tezino (Signature Steak)
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp E.R.T. Steak Rub
1 tbsp E.R.T. Steak Seasoning
E.R.T. Flavor Garnishing Salt (to taste)
Olive oil
Fresh Garlic
Fresh Thyme or Rosemary
Butter
Directions:
E.R.T. Steak Rub and added to your steak 2 hrs. or overnight in refrgerator.
Lightly rinse off.
A Hot pan is the secret to making sure that we literally sear the
steak and not boil it. Season with the E.R.T. Steak Seasoning. Mop up all that seasoning and sort of push in for most important parts to make sure you take the steak out the fidge 20 minutes before you actually start cooking them. Cooking a steak that’s stone cold in the center you have to overcook it on the outside.
When pan just started smoking add a touch of oil in all arondand ley
the steaks away from you. Grab a pair of tongs to trun it over very carefully literally 30 seconds in the pan you can see the color beautifuly.
Add garlic, fresh herb and an touth of olive oil, Turn steaks every
minute it starts to cook evenly. Add butter and tilt the pan there just
base the steak.
Take them out the pan and add the E.R.T. Flavor Garnishing Salt and
let them rest.
Finish with a slice of room temperature E.R.T. Steak Butter.
